This Refund Policy is referenced throughout the Site (for example checkout, product pages, and marketing copy that says refunds are “as per the Refund Policy”). It applies to purchases of downloadable n8n workflow templates and related digital deliverables unless a separate written offer says otherwise.
All sales of digital templates are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, duplicate purchase, unused downloads, or inability to complete third-party API signup or billing with external providers.
The only circumstance in which we may issue a refund for a template is where it does not function on a supported n8n instance as described on the Site (including the template listing, setup guide, and stated n8n version or hosting requirements), and after you contact support@n8ntemplatestore.com with reasonable detail (for example error messages, screenshots, and steps taken), we are unable to provide support that resolves the issue so the template runs materially in line with that description.
Whether those conditions are met is decided by us in good faith based on the information you provide and our reasonable investigation. If we approve a refund for a digital product, your license to use the affected templates ends and you must cease use and delete copies.
Optional setup or consulting services sold through the Site (for example done-for-you installation) are separate from template file sales. If you purchase such a service, we will first work with you in good faith to deliver what was described at checkout. Where we still cannot deliver the service as described after you have cooperated reasonably, we may offer a partial or full refund of the service fee, decided case by case and consistent with the principles in this Refund Policy.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence where those rights cannot be waived by contract.
